If your package lost in transit or not delivered for any reason and you do not have insurance, please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 and provide them with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for uninsured packages.

We do not accept returns
Exchanges are only available for on hand in person orders & must be done within 3 days of receiving the hair.
Hair must be in its original condition meaning no dying, bleaching, chemical processing, unraveling, washing, or cutting.
