Q: “What happens after I place an order?”
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We will then begin preparing your order. Keep in mind the unit is made based on the order. Once your order is prepared, it will be shipped out through USPS/FedEx and you will receive a tracking number.
Q: “How long is the shipping process?”
After you place your order, you should receive it within 3-5 business days. If your order is placed near a holiday, please refer to my Instagram story or page so you can place your order before and receive your package at your earliest convenience.
Q: “When do I get my tracking number?”
You will get your tracking number after your order has been shipped. This is typically 1-2 business days after your order. You’ll be able to see tracking activity after 24 hours.
Q: “What if my package gets lost/stolen?”
To ensure your package is not stolen, we require a signature. Please make sure your address is correct when placing the order, we won’t be able to change it if there is an error. If your package lost in transit or not delivered for any reason please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 and provide them with your tracking number. We are not responsible for uninsured packages.
Q: “How do I maintain my EnvyHerr Hair?”
Shampoo & condition hair at least every two to three weeks. It is best to squeeze out excess water in your hair and let your hair air dry. Avoid using products that contain harmful ingredients such as alcohol and sulfates, as it affects the natural state of the hair. We recommend using water based products if you desire to add moisture to your hair.
Q: “Can I bleach/dye the hair?”
EnvyHerr Hair can take bleach very well as our hair is 100% unprocessed raw human hair & Premium virgin hair. It is best to keep bleached or colored hair conditioned and moisturized so it will not become dry.
Q: “How many bundles do I need?”
3 bundles is recommended to cover the entire head.
Q: "What is the best for hair in lengths of 14” to 24?”.
4 bundles of hair in lengths of 26″ or longer.
Q: "How long will the hair last?"
We carry 100% raw hair & Virgin hair our hair will last 3-4 years with proper care but remember it is determined by how well the hair is taken care of. Treat the hair as if it were you own hair.
